We are passionate, enthusiastic and committed at helping people with weight-loss, weight management, their nutrition and health. Our business The.Fitness.knights focuses on these by providing everyone with a FREE personal health assessment. We sell meal replacement products and provide FREE exercise online. We started our business in February 2021 after the world wide lockdown following Covid-19. During lockdown I had Covid-19 and was severely ill and gained a lot of weight and my nutrition took a back seat. I made the decision to change my life in early February 2021 and stated to focus on my health, nutrition and fitness, thats how my business started. From word of mouth a-lot more people started to get interested and wanted me to help them too. In just two months I went from being an unhealthy women size 16 to a healthy energetic size 10. Our Business is dedicated to help others achieve their nutritional and health goals, may it be to loose weight or gain muscle or just improve your nutrition, we are here to help!
