ABOUT NIV GAL
I’ve spent the last 8 years working in Berlin’s food/tech space — mostly in culinary content and product development at companies like Infarm and Circus. After leaving Circus, I started an innovation course in food (EIT) to deepen my knowledge and skills in this area. Before that, I co-founded a small bar, Annaloulou, which was very dear to me and mainly shaped how I see values as crucial for a successful business.Right now, I’m exploring how to re-approach and transition within this world — focusing on supporting food-related teams and organisations in creative processes, product development, and innovation. Alongside that, I’m developing a side practice in coaching and swimming training, which ties into how I see leadership and personal growth.
