These actions may include content takedowns, account suspensions, or feature restrictions. The goal is to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with platform policies and legal standards.Core Responsibilities:1. Appeal Intake and Validation -Review incoming appeal submissions for completeness and eligibility-Validate that the appeal falls within the allowed timeframe2. Case Review and Evidence Gathering-Re-examine the original moderation decision using available metadata, content history, and reviewer notes.3. Policy Application and Decision Making- Apply the correct policy framework to determine if the original decision was justified- Consider new evidence or context provided by the appellant.4. Communication and Documentation- Notify the appellant of the outcome with clear reasoning and next steps- Document the decision and rationale in internal systems for audit and compliance.Investigations and Abuse Detection-Account Reviews and Content Moderation-Escalations and Second -Level Reviews -
