Engineer by education, HR by experience, and now building AI-driven products that bring all of it togetherI’m Nived V, a Mechanical Engineer who took an exciting detour into the world of HR — and that journey has now evolved into building AI-driven products. Over the past few years, I’ve been deeply involved in People Operations, client engagement, and process optimisation, which sparked my passion for designing solutions that improve how teams work and deliver impact. What started as a career in HR and People Ops has naturally transitioned into the world of Product Management, where I now channel those insights into building solutions at scale.After earning my B.Tech, I explored Project Planning and even spent time as a Freelance Content Writer for startups in Kochi, which nurtured my love for structured thinking and storytelling — skills I continue to use as a Product Manager.Currently, I’m thriving as a Product Manager – AI & Client Solutions at Bud Ecosystem. It’s a dynamic space where I work with cross-functional teams to build agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered solutions that help clients streamline operations, make data-backed decisions, and unlock better productivity.
