My journey in HR has taken me across continents — from Muscat to Pune to Canada — and each chapter has shaped the way I work today.I started at Cummins in plant HR, learning how real business happens on the shop floor. Those years grounded me, taught me to listen deeply, and helped me build strong partnerships with leaders and teams alike.A few years later, I chose to broaden my perspective by studying and working in Canada, where I gained exposure to modern HR practices and diverse, global teams.Today, as an AGM–HRBP at Kirloskar, I bring both experiences together: grounded Indian manufacturing experience and global HR thinking.
