I have completed my M. Phil in Clinical Psychology, RCI recognized, With extensive training in psychological practices including conduction of psychotherapy sessions, psycho-diagnostic assessment, and case formulation, I have an experience of working with clients with different psychological conditions including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, academic difficulties, anxiety, phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder, somatoform, self-injurious behaviour, autism, mental retardation, learning disability, special population and other mental health conditions. My psychotherapeutic approach includes application of psychological therapies like cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectic behavioural therapy, behaviour modification and other modes of therapies. My academic training has given me an exposure to extensive research work, oral paper presentations, seminar presentations, journal presentations, and other curricular as well as extracurricular opportunities to demonstrate and polish the best of my communication skills.
