About Nivedita Pathak
I am an M.Tech graduate in Water Engineering and Management from IIT Kharagpur, with a strong foundation in water resources engineering, environmental systems, and data-driven analysis. My academic and project experience integrates core water engineering principles with computational and analytical tools to address real-world water management challenges.My expertise includes water quality assessment, hydrology, hydraulics, irrigation system design, watershed analysis, and treatment plant performance evaluation. I have worked on arsenic speciation and its impact on removal efficiency in treatment plants, combining experimental understanding with statistical and analytical approaches. My research also includes meta-analysis to evaluate treatment effectiveness and system performance.I have hands-on experience with industry-relevant software tools, including QGIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, and Infoworks ICM. On the technical side, I use Python and SQL for data analysis, data cleaning, visualization, and database management. I apply Python for statistical analysis, environmental data processing, and hydrological computations, and SQL for structured data querying and handling large datasets. I am continuously strengthening my data analytics and modeling skills to integrate engineering with intelligent decision-making.During my internship at CNG Agrocare Pvt.
