I’m a purpose-driven business transformation leader who operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. Over the past 15 years, I’ve delivered measurable outcomes through operational integrations, digital transformation, and cross-functional program management across global enterprises.Currently, I serve as Senior Manager, Enterprise PMO at Avolta North America (HMSHost, Hudson, Dufry), overseeing transformation initiatives that connect more than employees across 73 countries. From leading $60M+ synergy integrations and digital finance modernization to implementing HRIS and automation programs for 30K+ staff, I focus on turning complexity into clarity and strategy into action.My leadership style blends strategic foresight with disciplined execution—building governance frameworks, defining KPIs and OKRs, and aligning executives around shared goals.
