Design and develop Crown Castle’s “Management Academy’, a flagship leadership development program launching in Q4 2025 to strengthen managerial effectiveness and accelerate talent readiness across the organization. Design and launch a 3-tier AI Enablement Program reaching employees across 4+ lines of business, surpassing industry engagement benchmarks and accelerating AI fluency at scale. Serve as strategic advisor for the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation project in partnership with KPMG, contributing consulting support and ensuring deliverables meet company standards. Co-lead the design and delivery of leadership-focused learning experiences, including a diagnostic assessment and online learning path, with the goal of enhancing tactical managerial skills. Develop and launch Phase 1 of the enterprise-wide Data Literacy 101 training in collaboration with the Data Management team, targeting foundational knowledge and governance awareness. Develop PowerBI dashboards to communicate impact of training programs on business outcomes to senior leadership.
