I began as a Data Engineer, establishing foundational data infrastructure and visualization tools for my team. Later, as a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE), I partnered closely with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that informed key decisions.I progressed to leading cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Data Scientists, and BIEs, driving Amazon’s regionalization initiative to optimize demand and capacity across eight regions.
