At Zarthi, I am part of the Application Project Management team, where I oversee the complete lifecycle of application-based projects—from initial requirement gathering and planning to final delivery and post-deployment support. My role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, and Design to ensure that deliverables are aligned with both technical standards and business expectations. I work within Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, while ensuring that each phase of the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule.I also focus on optimizing internal processes and enhancing team collaboration through tools like JIRA and Confluence. Regular communication with stakeholders, proactive risk management, and maintaining detailed project documentation are core parts of my responsibilities. This role allows me to combine technical understanding with strategic thinking to deliver impactful application solutions that drive efficiency, user satisfaction, and business growth.
