About Nitya Joshi

I am a CFA level 1 candidate, working as a Credit Risk Analyst in the CCAR AIRB stress testing team at Credit Suisse, Mumbai. My responsibilities are the development and maintenance of the Wholesale PD models, which particularly requires good skills in statistics, data analysis, R coding and meticulous work. I also look into any ad-hoc request that comes in, so my role requires me to be proactive to carry out multiple responsibilities regarding my models. Outside office hours I am more of an outdoor person. I like to jog (hopefully soon going to run my first marathon), read books, travel whenever opportunity presents itself, and watch sitcoms! Also, I love socializing and making new acquaintances. I dedicate myself completely to whatever work I do, and I try to remain positive. I am looking for opportunities to broaden my experience in the financial sector, particularly on the services side (Investment Banking, Private Banking and Wealth Management), best if the job is in The USA (greencard holder).
