I am an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Government Investigations & White Collar Defense groups.My practice involves all stages of commercial litigation disputes, focusing on government investigations and white collar matters. I have represented clients in investigations by government agencies, such as the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and other federal and state agencies. I have handled allegations of insider trading, improper stock promotion, cybersecurity reporting violations, False Claims Act violations, and other such matters, in addition to responding to agency subpoenas and supporting clients through self-reports to various agencies.I also represent corporate entities and executives in litigation in federal court and state court as well as in arbitration (FINRA, JAMS, and private arbitration). My litigation experience includes matters involving complex business disputes, corporate liability, breaches of fiduciary duties, business torts, intellectual property infringement, defense against employment claims and other commercial issues.I also currently serve on the Board of Directors for the South Asian Bar Association of Southern California on the Judicial Evaluation Committee and as Director of Publicity and Membership.
