Hey! I\'m Serenity Barren, The Unicorn of Real Estate. I like to call myself the Investor\'s Realtor because I represent the buy side, project manage the rehabs and represent the sell side of the transactions for my clients. As the daughter of a salesman, entrepreneur and step daughter of a foreman for cement masons, my career In Real Estate makes the client experience amazing. I\'m an educator, influencer and public speaker who has reached over people. This is continuously done through mindset seminars, workshops and networking events. I\'ve taught teens and young adults the importance of self awareness and creating digital footprints that can create streams of income. I\'ve also curated over 15 virtual and in person events about real estate and the steps it takes to own property. Helping individuals create and maintain generational wealth is is a huge deal for me. Changing the status quo from being the last one to know, to being the one who knows first. My clients are very important to me and always become extended family. I\'ll go the extra mile to make sure they get what they are searching for.
