I am an Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience in software engineering, product delivery, and team leadership. I started my career as a core developer and spent over a decade building and scaling web applications before transitioning into engineering leadership.Over the last several years, I have been leading and mentoring engineering teams (15–20+ developers), owning end-to-end delivery of a web-based product — from architecture and cloud infrastructure to execution, quality, and release management. I work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and leadership teams to translate business goals into scalable, reliable, and customer-focused solutions.My technical background spans full-stack development (JavaScript, MERN, MEAN, Next.js, Ionic, PHP, Laravel), databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB), and modern cloud platforms(Azure and AWS).
