I am a Computer Science student at Northern Kentucky University with a minor in Mathematics, graduating in May 2026. I am currently a Web Support Technician, where I support Windows and macOS systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage audio visual and video conferencing setups to ensure reliable technology operations.Alongside my IT role, I have experience as a Data Research Assistant, where I work with real world datasets to analyze trends, evaluate system effectiveness, and produce data driven insights. My research experience includes applying Python, SQL, and quantitative analysis techniques to structured data, collaborating with faculty and industry partners, and communicating results in a clear and reproducible manner.I am particularly interested in Data analytics & AI powered automation and system efficiency. Through personal projects, I have built automation workflows that integrate APIs, process structured data, and streamline repetitive tasks such as content clipping, scheduling, and multi platform publishing.
