   What started as an incidental interest in showbiz and events back in 2011, resulted in completing 12 years in the events and experiential marketing industry in 2022. From IPL to the very first ISL Football League project, I loved the idea of conceptualizing end-to-end solutions for brands and connecting with people via building real-life experiences.My enthusiasm and zeal for getting engaged in live entertainment and the power of experiences triggered my penchant for curating ideas and solutions to successfully enable brands like BMW, Google and many more brands to reach their target audiences and fulfill their desired goals. Over the last so many years, I have led the event marketing business for big-budget brands and helped in advancing the quality and effectiveness of experiential marketing while working closely with communications across the business to manage strategic programs, and find creative solutions while dealing with projects and help connect users and clients. After a long stint with renowned event management agencies and serving Fortune 500 brands, I have taken up the role of heading events at Ethos Limited in 2022. On a daily basis, I lead and oversee all aspects of event management and production including but not limited to ATL, BTL, conceptualizing shows, development, design, AV, sustainability, accessibility, vendor management, logistics, budgeting. Working for an array of luxury brands, my primary role is to collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders to develop insight on context and intent to define event objectives and expand on strategic approach and experience design.
