Deployment of integrations to import data into ServiceNow using import sets and web services (REST, SOAP, LDAP). Using update sets to transmit changes from development to QA, QA to UAT, and UAT to PROD.Creating custom integrations in accordance with customer specifications; integrating systems; and unit testing all customizations.Numerous catalog entries were designed, but only a small number of them required interaction with SOAP Web services and Restful API.Constructed home pages, gauges, and reports.
