I am a social sector professional with 6+ years of experience in program management, livelihood promotion, and government-linked development projects across Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Telangana.Currently, I have worked as a Program Manager at Youth Dreamers Foundation, where I led large-scale scholarship operations across Bihar, managing databases of over students, strengthening partnerships with government offices, and improving outreach that resulted in a 30% increase in applications. I have hands-on experience in stakeholder management, monitoring systems, reporting, and working with tech teams to streamline processes.Previously, as State Project Manager at Access Livelihoods, I led the SIDBI–Swavalamban Connect Kendra project, enabling youth with livelihood and entrepreneurship opportunities.
