I am a commercial litigation lawyer practicing for almost 14 years with special interest in Regulatory litigation as well as Dispute Resolution, Service laws and public law remedies. My practice covers diverse areas of laws and I regularly appear before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts of various States as well as various tribunals/commissions and alternative dispute resolution forums. I have substantial experience of appearing and conducting cases before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums on pan India basis. I have undertaken litigation concerning a wide range of subjects including Electricity (Generation, Distribution and tariff determination), commercial arbitration, issues pertaining to interpretation of commercial contracts, Intellectual Property Rights, Contract and service laws. Additionally, I have had the privilege of briefing and assisting some of the best legal minds in our country including the present Attorney General of India and Solicitor General of India. My main approach over a brief is usually based on first principles of law with equal emphasis on law laid down by Courts over the said subject and recent judicial trends.
