Also, need to coordinate with Onboarding Team to ensure smooth joining of candidates.* Apart from this role, I also coordinate with different Stakeholders like Regional Heads, Cluster Heads, Sales Managers while Shortlisting & offering candidates in their teams.* Conducting celebration of festivals in my Branch and creating a friendly atmosphere for all employees.* In my role of Regional HR, I also address various queries of employees and sometimes, have to act as a mediator between employees and different departments in my organisation in getting their queries solved.
