An accomplished, result oriented IT professional with 17+ years of Banking experience in departments including Retail Banking, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Corporate/commercial lending, Sanctioning & risk management.I’m a Certified Scrum Master with strong understanding on Scrum/Agile Process, Testing Processes/Practices.I have been into various lead roles since past 17 years, managing full life-cycle of testing projects. I had completed all projects, tasks and targets in compliance with strict deadlines and policies while exercising a company-centered and client-oriented work ethic. I have always taken that one step ahead and went an extra mile in coaching and leading teams who are new to Agile environment.In my career I have been an excellent team leader with ability to influence and negotiate.I have always tried adapting many constantly changing environment and have been successful delivering the best fit solutions. I am self-motivated, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.My Forte has been always to deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently and provide regular feedback to my team members on quality, timeliness, customer impact and team impact.As a Scrum Master, I also need to guard the team’s time, to ensure continuous delivery is possible.It was a learning journey to gain excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse and a geographically dispersed team.I actively participate in the Test Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice.One major area which I look into is resource and capacity planning process, which involves analyzing skill gaps and developing plans to re-skill or adjust consultant resource levels.
