ABOUT NITIN VERMA

A passionate, result-oriented, and dedicated lead SDET with 6+ years of experience and an in-depth understanding of the insurance domain and experience working with cross-geographical teams to deliver results. I have experience proxying users for product testing (UAT) and working in an agile environment using various automation tools. I possess expertise in Selenium using languages such as Java, C#, and Python, as well as automation frameworks including TestNG, and Cucumber for Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) testing. As a key contributor to the setup of automation frameworks from scratch, I have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC). I effectively identify and prioritize test cases, create reusable scripts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products. My responsibilities in this role include E2E involvement in the automation of the test scenarios, handling execution, release testing/UAT, defining test strategy, documentation, and reporting, and team mentoring. Additionally, I have also worked on tools like automation tools such as Selenium IDE, Cypress, and Ranorex. My background is in engineering, having earned an Engineer\'s Degree from DCR University of Science & Technology, Murthal(Sonepat).
