Key Duties:• Preparing & Finalising Management Accounts on monthly and annual basis;• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information from different systems;• Forecast cash flow positions and carry out weekly payment run;• Auditing the performance of each projects and reporting variances identified by comparing budgeted and actual project costing figures on monthly and completion basis;• Organizing weekly payment run for supplier invoices and any other relevant expenses; • Reconciling Bank Account including foreign exchange and intercompany transactions;• Ensuring all staff expense forms are approved and comply with company policy;• Overseeing all tax and regulatory / compliance in matters such as VAT, PAYE/NIC, Corporation Tax and Companies House;
