Developing and executing SHRI’s strategic plan 2025-28 to scale up the work of deploying professionalized operation and monitoring sanitation services in Bihar and Jharkhand states of Indiab. Aiding operations team in deployment of model operation and maintenance systems to ensure provision of high quality sanitation services at toilet facilities, impacting health and productivity of millions of SHRI’s usersc. Automating data streams by working with SHRI’s Monitoring & Evaluation team and Tech4Dev to strengthen evidence based operations using real time and dynamic systems like SHRI’s daily report and dashboard.2. Coalition building and Fundraisinga. Establishing partnerships with governments and other organizations which have a shared vision of \"Right to Safe Sanitation and Hygiene for All\".b. Building coalition of funders including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funders to achieve above goal and enhance health, economic and environmental benefits to more than 300M people of these two states in India.3. Advocacy and Disseminationa. Researching and writing advocacy reports with the team and experts to showcase SHRI’s crucial work on the ground and strengthen the case for professionalized shared sanitation services in India and beyond. b. Dissemination of research around SHRI’s impact assessment to peer organizations, multilateral agencies, academia, and government partners for making a case to include high quality shared sanitation as improved sanitation in post SDG era.
