Sustainability and optimisation are at the core of his continuous hunt for ideas and innovations. He started his journey as a diamond man at Laxmi Diamond Group in 2002 and has been venturing into multidimensional roles at the firm for almost 16 years, including managing business development and manufacturing globally. In 2020, with the establishment of the Superhard Research Centre we manifest the- Disruption of multiple sectors as diverse as gemstones and machine tools to hydro technology and quantum computing- Utilise the potential and power of created diamonds, which not only do not harm the environment but also contain magical properties within their brilliant hardness, to reshape many industries- Creation of a long-term sustainable vision- Driving the strategic decisions- Management and Cultivation of business growth.
