I bring over 22 years of progressive global HR experience across the IT, ITeS, Media, Consulting, and BFSI industries. As the Director and Head of Human Resources at UKG APAC, I lead a high-performing team that empowers organization to unlock workforce potential through innovative technology and exceptional service. Over the past five years in this role, I have led large-scale HR transformation, scaled operations across geographies, and aligned people strategies to support business growth and agility.As a senior international HR leader, I have successfully navigated complex change and transformation journeys—including M&A, organizational restructuring, leadership transitions, and workforce planning—across multiple countries and business landscapes. I’ve played a pivotal role in shaping inclusive cultures, building organizational resilience, and delivering people-centric solutions that drive long-term success.I also serve as Chair of the India Leadership Guild (ILG) and am a key member of the Senior Leadership Team at UKG. Previously, I held senior HR roles at Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd.(The Times Group) and Capgemini, where I led cross-regional HR strategies with a focus on compliance, talent management, employee engagement, and measurable business outcomes.I hold an MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management, am an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad (General Management), and have completed a PGDIRPM from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan – Delhi Kendra. My approach is rooted in purpose and impact—with trust, inclusivity, and accountability at the heart of every transformation I lead.
