Mr. Nitin has 10 years of overall professional experience in the field of Transportation Engineering and planning. He has a master\'s degree in Transportation Engineering with specialization in transport planning. He is currently working as a Associate Principal Engineer supporting UK & Ireland GEC Mobility department in Arcadis. He is leading a team of 5 transport planners supporting UK & I business from India. His expertise is in transport modelling which includes junction modelling studies, traffic impact assessment studies, traffic and revenue forecast studies and socio-economic analysis of road projects.He has extensive experience in junction modelling and traffic impact assessment studies. He is conversant with TAG, DMRB and TfL modelling guidance used in the UK for junction modelling and micro simulation modelling. He worked with the team in Singapore to deliver projects to the major client i.e, Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore. He also worked for various regional transport models in Norway supporting traffic impact analysis and cost benefit analysis.He is proficient in some of traffic engineering and transport planning software like LinSig, Junctions 9, SIDRA, Vissim, ArcGIS, CUBE, Synchro, AutoCAD and with basic software knowledge in VISUM. He has worked in international projects and with international teams/environment in UK, Singapore, Norway, Canada and France.
