Additionally, I oversee balance sheet analysis and the preparation of balance sheet narratives, always striving to identify and address performance gaps with integrity.Currently, I serve as a Manager (F&A) at HCL Tech in Noida, India, where I manage the overall RTR and Invoice to Cash processes while ensuring effective client management. My responsibilities include overseeing monthly metrics and SLA dashboards, driving process automation, and implementing improvements for both internal and external clients. With comprehensive experience in the Order to Cash cycle—including order management, invoicing, cash applications, collections, and dispute resolution—I am a results-oriented leader known for strategic thinking and effective problem-solving.
