We are looking for a skilled QA/QC Manager to ensure complete quality compliance of all supplied materials as per client requirements and international standards.Key Responsibilities:• Perform incoming inspection of piping materials (pipes, fittings, flanges, fasteners) across all grades including exotic materials.• Verify materials as per ASTM / ASME / API standards along with EN/DIN (Europe), JIS (Japan) and GB (China).• Review and validate MTCs (EN 10204 – 3.1 / 3.2), ensuring correct chemical & mechanical properties, heat treatment condition, and traceability.• Ensure strict heat number traceability, proper tagging, segregation, and material identification.• Conduct dimensional & visual inspection as per ASME B16 standards and relevant specifications.• Coordinate PMI, NDT (RT/UT/PT/MT) and other testing requirements through approved agencies.• Handle TPI / client inspections, arrange documentation, and ensure smooth approvals.• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and supplier coordination to prevent rejections and delays.• Ensure proper packing, preservation, marking, and final dispatch quality clearance.• Maintain complete quality documentation including ITP, QAP, inspection reports, test reports, and final dossier.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of piping materials, fastener grades, inspection practices, and documentation control, with proven ability to manage quality for industrial supply and project requirements.
