Perform inspection of construction activities to ensure conformance with approved designs/plans. Coordinate and communicate between Project PMC, field, designers and contractor. Obtain approvals and permits for new jobs from Clients. Approve sub-contractor and vendor invoices. Ensure that construction plans are in agreement with clients expectations and identify points at which contractual obligations will have been met. Estimate and create budgets for construction projects. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly cash flow statements. Tracking of project Budget on monthly basis. Validation of Bill of quantities. Manage third party contractors including safety oversight, environmental design specification compliance, and similar construction specifications and requirements. Interface and communicate with Project Head regarding project status and coordinated as required to resolve issues with site construction, procurement, and/or engineering. Review engineering designs, drawings, blueprints, and other related engineering documents to identify potential problems ahead of time and proactively implement solutions and essence of value engineering where needed. Construction scheduled inspections. Coordinate proposed changes in design with consultants and PMC manager while maintaining schedule and budget. Review, recommend and approve all construction change requests, on-site change orders and pay requests.
