As an Assistant Manager Operations looking after overall maintainence of manufacturing plants of both units of CIPLA pertaining to MEP and Civil activities in PHARMA, API AND FORMULATION Departments.2. Strictly adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and EHS procedures of the company while executing Maintainence and Project activities.3. Follow and Execute all Good Manufacturing Process ( GMP ) while executing Maintainence and projects work and in documentation too.4.Executing all PPM activities as per due dates in both the plants & preparing all PPM documents like Planners and Log books as per due date.5.Executing PU floors and Epoxy Floors in Pharma and Formulation departments as per needs of Heads of respective departments.6. Overlooking and executing all waterproofing works like Kemperol treatments, Epoxy treatments, Polymeric Waterproofing etc.7. Replacing Damaged Facade glass, Facade leakages rectifications, ACP works & all miscellaneous carpentry works in the plants.8. Overlooking all Plumbing and Drainage works and ensure all PPM of drainage and plumbing are done at or before due date.9. Supporting Operations of ETP ( Effluent Treatment Plant )10. Working closely with QA department for GMP documentation and other compliances.11. Raising Purchase Requisition of all miscellaneous materials and services required for the maintainence of the two plants in ARIBA system and CER system.12. Checking and Verifying contractors running account bills and processing the same. Executing and Overlooking all Interiors works like Drywall, Glass partitioning, Painting, False Ceilings etc in respective departments where upgradation needed.14. Attending & Conducting safety trainings for onboard vendors as per policy of company.15. Supporting and Executing all audits like USFDA, MHRA, ISO and other.
