Supervise and monitor the outsourced fire crew during assigned shifts, ensuring optimal performance and readiness. • Respond promptly to all fire and emergency situations within and outside the premises. • Ensure the operational health and functionality of Fire Protection Systems, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, and Fire Safety Equipment. • Perform regular Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, and Operation (ITMO) of fire safety systems, appliances, and equipment. • Implement and maintain 5S standards at the fire station and across the site. • Execute all fire safety tasks with appropriate risk assessment practices as per plant incidents/injuries. • Carry out plant inspection rounds to identify and rectify unsafe acts and conditions, thereby minimising incident risks. • Support the Work Permit System by conducting inspection rounds and reporting non-compliance or concerns to senior management. • Deliver fire safety induction training to white-collar, blue-collar, and contractual employees to promote safety awareness and compliance.
