Liaise with internal and NHS trusts PACS/ RIS to solve any I&T related issues at out of hours time DICOM routing & application management / supportManagement of internal PACS / RISTools worked on:CRIS, Soliton, Sectra, Carestream, Philips Vue PACS/RIS, Centricity, Visbion iPACS, IEP, IBM Merge Pacs, Nuance Powerscribe.Image import and transfer.Reconciling incomplete/inaccurate examinations.Prioritising Scans as per the requirement.Maintaining an accurate and up to date database.Ensuring support of radiology reporting to our clients from receipt of work to completion and return of reports. This includes handling inbound calls from NHS trusts to expedite the scans to be reported on and calling trusts to notify of any urgent reports are informedDaily health monitoring of the PACS, integrated systems and interfacesManual systems checks and monitoring to ensure inbound information and reporting output is actioned swiftly and completed as per the needs of our clientsLiaising with doctors, colleagues, team leaders, Head of Operations and Radiology Manager as any client issues ariseIdentify and escalate priority issues, only when other options have been exhausted.Attend telephone vetting calls from NHS trusts for various scans.Provide necessary support for the clients to retrieve or provide urgent reports.Uploading scan reports using CRIS and Non-Cris systems.Retrieve necessary clinical informations from CRIS and Non CRIS systems.Attending to the administration of urgent reporting requests within prescribed turnaround timesInform urgent report over the phone to clients.Checking and verifying generated reports for any errors.Checking and solving breaching scan reports requests.Adhere to customer confidentiality guidance and data protection legislation Work within key targets/ SLAs set by the business.Provide sufficient informations on the delayed reports
