Process Improvement Lead\\\\n•Lead and support delivery of process improvement projects to agreed delivery timing that are assigned to me per the BI/PI project hopper / tracker, and in consultation with Business Improvement Manager.\\\\n•Work in collaboration with customers and stakeholders to define the business problem / opportunity in measurable terms\\\\n•Establish and engage appropriate team members to enable project delivery, including specialist support as required e.g. Change Management, RPA, IT etc.\\\\n•Apply appropriate guidance tools to establish and agree the most appropriate delivery method e.g. PDCA, DMAIC etc.\\\\n•Maintain project reporting documentation per standardised format appropriate to method selected.\\\\n•Maintain a project plan with appropriate level of work breakdown, and visibility of target delivery date.\\\\n•Communicate project progress regularly to customers, stakeholders and project team members.\\\\n•Maintain, report, manage, and escalate risks / issues / dependencies which may impact delivery timing.\\\\n•Share project status and insight openly through status presentations per agreed project governance level… and with others in the JLR organisation as appropriate to support wider organisational learning.\\\\n•Portfolio of process improvement projects will have been prioritized and completed to agreed timing, using robust delivery frameworks and reporting documentation, which deliver sustainable benefit to JLR Purchasing and the wider business. Project sponsors and stakeholders will have been engaged throughout the delivery process, and recognize the contribution of the PI team. Learning will be shared within and outside the team.\\\\n\\\\n
