ABOUT NITIN NAIR

Becoming a physiotherapist was a deeply personal and intentional choice. In 2003, a motorbike accident changed the course of my life. As a medical school aspirant with a passion for neuroscience, I suddenly found myself on the other side—as a patient. The rehabilitation process introduced me to the world of physiotherapy, and I discovered the incredible fulfillment that comes from helping others regain their strength and independence. I pursued my Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India. I was fortunate to complete my clinical internship and begin my career at two of the country’s leading acute care hospitals, where I gained extensive experience across diverse specialties: •Cardio thoracic and Vascular Surgery / ICU •Pulmonology and Respiratory Sciences •Joint Replacement and Arthroscopic Surgeries •Spinal Surgery •Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Currently, I practice in an outpatient clinics in Milton and kitchener, Ontario, where I work with patients recovering from: •Sports injuries and performance-related concerns •Orthopaedic surgeries (rotator cuff repair, SLAP lesions, tendon transfers/repairs, ACL and meniscal repairs, Tommy John surgery, etc.) •Joint replacement procedures (hip and knee) Beyond clinical work, I’m passionate about mentoring new graduates and early-career physiotherapists—helping them bridge the gap between theory and real-world practice. I enjoy guiding practitioners in refining their clinical decision-making, developing confidence in patient care, and navigating the business side of physiotherapy to scale their practice sustainably. I’m a firm believer in healthy living and lifelong learning, and I’m grateful to contribute to a profession that allows me to make a meaningful difference every day. Outside of work, I enjoy socializing, working out spending time with my family and friends, and exploring new cuisines (I’m definitely a foodie!). Meeting people and learning from their stories is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
