Define and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurements of product success. At Morningstar, we work within an Agile software development framework which helps us deliver what the customer wants and when they want it. There’s much less wasted time spent developing in the wrong direction, and the entire system is quicker to respond to changes
