Sales & Business Development — Lead sales operations, set performance targets, and close high-value deals; nurture relationships with key clients, investors, and institutional partners.4. Human Resources & Team Management — Manage hiring, training, and performance across departments; uphold a results-driven, collaborative work culture.5. Finance, Accounting & Compliance — Supervise accounts, tax filings, and P&L management; ensure adherence to income tax and financial regulations; coordinate with auditors and financial consultants.6. Legal, Land & Government Compliance — Review land records and legal documentation; ensure STRRPA, BMRDA, and RERA compliance; liaise with government bodies and legal advisors for project approvals.7.
