Holding a valid Store Inspector Authorisation issued in accordance with DGCA regulatory requirements.4. Inspection of incoming new/repaired parts/components, expendables, tools, consumables and standard parts received against orders from approved sources for accuracy of specifications, validity of certificates, transit damage and certifying serviceable tag for acceptable items and processing quarantine of all materials and tools that do not conform to set acceptance criteria and updating ERP system accordingly.5. Ensuring all components released to stock comply with maintenance requirements specified in the purchase order/repair orders and usage history of components is accurately updated in the system.Organizing all airworthiness Authorized Release Certificates (ARC), shop finding reports and any related technical documents for easy retrieval and complete traceability.6. Inspection of bonded, quarantine, dangerous commodity, cold room, dark room and inflammable goods stores.7. Maintain and control a suitable stock and stores environment for materials, components, tools and equipment to meet regulatory and quality assurance requirements.8. Ensuring that approved, suitable and serviceable tools, equipment, components, spare parts and materials are available, controlled and managed.9. Ensuring different type of material & documents, related to stores procedures are maintained & updated as per applicability.10. Verifying shelf life details of life limited parts & materials, calibration of tools and updating ERP system accordingly.11. Trained in handling dangerous goods and electrostatic discharge sensitive devices.12. Ensuring compliance of appropriate safety and security measure in bonded stores.13. Co-operate/participate in internal and external audits proactively.
