As Technical Manager worked with architect to design and successfully implementing re-architecting and migrating legacy monolithic applications to Cloud by adopting best practices of cloud native principles which are robust, scalable and fault tolerant Microservices in terms of business logic and architecture. •. Ensured Applications that are built in Cloud are PCI and PII compliant and also was part of internal PCI and PII audit for all my applications across the program. • Handled vulnerability management for all my applications across the program. • Also, technical hands-on addressing and resolving design and code issues with the technical teams across the program. • Develop software roadmaps based on product and technical requirements and business needs for complex products. • Lead cross functional teams implementing the roadmap from early stage of development through launch. Lead releases for large complex product deliverables. • Building, curating, engaging and collaborating relationships with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies, risks/issues, and to deliver product features. • Work with teams to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks. • Develop best practices and product development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment. Evangelize those practices to enable them to scale across different products. • Coordinate and contribute to product deliverables including specifications and test plans. • Work with user research and business user teams and co-ordinate user feedback to improve user experience. • Provide feedback and influence product design. • Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review. • Lead, coach and build COE consists of 20+ team members for building of cloud native applications teams using Java/J2EE, Spring boot and Pivotal Cloud Foundry and Agile methodology.
