Scheduling & planning of the shipments after booking confirmed from Airlines carrier.5. Work closely with Carrier Airlines, supplier & overseas agents for negotiating rates to ensure smooth coordination & Execution of shipemnts.6. Handling complete Documentation of Air export shipments which is forwarded through FEDEX & DHL Global Forwarding7. Pre-alert share to the Shipper, Consignee & overseas partner to arrange Import Clearance & Delivery of shipments8. Close follow up with the Airlines carrier for timely uplift of Air cargo shipments for smooth movement.9. Handling Dangerous Goods of Aircraft Engines Clients like as Pratt & Whitney, Interglobe Aviation ( Indigo ), Go Air, Tata Sia Airlines (Vistara) & Air India responsible for all the necessary document which is required by Airlines & Ground handling for Custom Clearance process.10. Maintain DSR in Proper Manner, update tracking status of all Air export shipments & send to the customers on daily basis.
