With over 20 years of experience in investment management and alternative investments, I am a trusted business partner and a solutions-oriented general counsel. I currently lead the legal and compliance functions at Palistar Capital, a digital infrastructure investment manager with over $3 billion in assets under management.I have extensive expertise partnering with senior management in fund formation, M&A, and portfolio management, having structured and negotiated commingled and co-investment funds with over $20 billion in commitments from global institutional investors. I also collaborate with investment teams on pursuing and managing both equity and structured investment opportunities in digital infrastructure assets, such as wireless towers, data centers, and fiber networks. In addition, I am responsible for building and maintaining robust compliance policies and processes, including with respect to ESG and European regulatory regimes. I effectively manage internal and external legal and compliance teams, delivering high-quality and timely results. My mission is to help Palistar Capital achieve its strategic goals and grow its presence in the digital infrastructure space.

Negotiate and coordinate all aspects of fund formation and co-investing, including establishing suitable tax structures and negotiating partnership agreements, subscription lines and side letters.
