Additionally, I manage the organization’s sustainability agenda, including ESG, while driving quality (ISO standards) and Organizational Excellence. With over 7.5 years prior experience as Vice President of Strategic Projects, Organisation Excellence and Innovations at Blue Dart, my focus has been on strategy implementation, organizational excellence, and customer experience management.
