As Director of the EQD Structured Notes Product Control team at UBS, I currently lead the UBS Lite project for Product Control, moving balances for nearly 40+ h-CS entities to UBS ledger system. This is in addition to my team management role of Netting & Disclosure LEC team. I have successfully led the migration of EQD inventories to UBS systems, this included notes and sticky cash equities. I have contributed to optimising processes, enhancing integration, and driving operational excellence within the organisation. With deep expertise in analytical skills and decision support, I focus on improving reporting accuracy and ensuring effective product control. Over 4 years in Equity Derivatives Product Control at Credit Suisse and prior leadership in Repo and Collateral Management business finance at Deutsche Bank have honed my ability to manage complex financial instruments and key performance indicators.
