I am a Mechanical Engineer, at the age of 54 Yrs, having 32 years exp in Operations Management with exceptional track record, New Business development, Business forecasting and new investment and Green field project management With a very positive frame of mind, I am having skills to develop a positive team, Decesion making & love to take on challanges. Having strong exposure to Safety & WCM Culture in Global Enviornment, Also visited more than 6 countries to understand The WCM Culture in their plants. Knowledge of Variety of Grinding Applications. Good exposure to variety of Indian Customers, having visited majority of Auto, Bearing & Auto Ancillery customers in India. As a Director of a Pvt Ltd Co, got exposure to independently manage the Bussiness. Also was exposed in setting up the plant facilities, Imports, Govt liaising. Worked with Siemens and L&T from registering as Vendor to Completion of Projects.
