About Nitin Dani
As a seasoned IT and business consulting professional, I bring 20+ years of experience in delivery management, people management and account management.As a Program Manager with Oracle Consulting and Application Development team, I handle key Oracle accounts to help them leverage Oracle\'s expertise in business applications, databases and cloud infrastructure. I run two to three inter-dependent projects simultaneously for one particular account, in their journey to cloud transformation.As a Senior Project Manager with Microsoft Consulting Services, I used to manage custom applications development or large business applications/IP implementation projects for end customers during their Digital Transformation Journey. Typical projects were on IoT, connected cars, blockchain, mobile apps, D365, Teams integrations and ERP.Having hands on experience on agile delivery and scrum methodology. Hence, I discuss and prioritize the requirements with Product Owners, conduct workshops for backlog planning and grooming, run daily scrums and customer demos followed by sprint retrospectives.Typical project sizes are in the range of US$5-10 millions involving 40-50 team members, both offshore and onsite.I have done my full-time MBA (2003-05) from LBSIM, New Delhi in finance and marketing. I am a certified PMP, CSM, CCMP, CITA-F, TOGAF and ITIL professional. In addition, I have also done a residential MDP program at XLRI, Jamshedpur in Business Data Analysis, Financial Modeling and Forecasting.
