Have had almost 20 years of post qualification experience in handling complex domestic taxation and cross border tax related issues. Currently working as a Director with Deloitte Global Employer Services. Leading a team of 25 people handling Individual tax compliance, advisory, complex cross border treaty matters, global stock option plans etc. The profile also included handling cross border social security matters etc. Led the Expatriate Tax practise for BMR in the past. Have had successful stints with the Big 4 for almost 7-8 years. BMR is a Tier 1 tax firm in India wherein currently I lead the expatriate tax initiatives. Also a part of the Corporate taxation and Transfer Pricing Group handling various MNC group tax and Transfer Pricing matters. Have been a regular columnist with the Mint Newspaper (Part of the Himdustan Times Group) for past 6 months with publications every week.
