With over 27 years of National and International experience, I am the Managing Partner at Nitin Alshi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, specialising in comprehensive business consulting, risk management, and value-driven enhancement strategies. My core expertise spans optimising business processes, developing quality management systems (SOPs), implementing performance measurement frameworks, and guiding the strategy formulation of impactful business initiatives. Additionally, I lead initiatives in value-based internal audits, forensic accounting, internal financial controls, performance measurements, due diligence, and information systems audits, providing critical insights for major corporations and publicly listed entities.In addition to my consulting role, I serve as an Independent Director on the boards of two globally recognised, publicly traded companies, where I contribute to corporate governance, strategic oversight, and compliance. A committed advocate for professional advancement, I regularly share expertise and foster up skilling through seminars, webinars, and workshops hosted by esteemed organizations, including ICAI, ICMAI, ICSI, COSIA, Vidarbha Industries Association, TiE Nagpur, C & AG, and the National Academy of Direct Taxes. My thought leadership is also featured in industry journals, where I contribute insights on emerging trends and best practices.Throughout my career, I have been privileged to serve on prestigious committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), and the Chamber of Small Industries Association (COSIA). Additionally, I am proud to have served as President of the Nagpur wing (Mumbai chapter) of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA USA), furthering standards of excellence within the auditing and accounting professions.
