As a passionate Learning & Development leader, I believe learning isn\'t a one-time event - it\'s a lifelong journey that we live every day. To me, learning is not isolated from our work or lives; it\'s how we grow, lead, and create lasting impact.With over a decade and half of experience in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences, I specialize in leadership development, L&D analytics, capability building, and bringing storytelling into learning through branding and communication. My work combines instructional design with data-driven insights - leveraging tools like Power BI and emerging technologies, including AI, to transform learning from a function to a strategic business driver.As a coach, I create safe, thought-provoking spaces where individuals can reflect, reset, and rise -especially those navigating transitions into leadership or seeking to deepen their self-awareness.
