Build, configure and deploy Windows VMs ( any version ) using pre-defined templates already available in the vcenter depending upon the number of requests within the SLA limit.• Build VDI’s ( Win 10 and Blueprism ).• Copy templates from one vcenter to another as per the requirement.• Experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting of VMware ESX and ESXi servers with technical skills in VSphere 6.x & VSphere 7.x.• Configuring and managing cluster features like HA & DRS.• Managed VM’s and installing VM tools into it from vcenter and OS.• Performed Clones and snapshots of vm’s.• Basic Knowledge on physical to virtual (P2V) and Virtual to Virtual (V2V) servers.• ESXi upgrades including firmware.• Performed hardware version upgrades of VM, and resource optimization. ConfigureCPU, memory and disk partitions as required from vcenter.• Performed patching of esxi ( HP ) using update manager and ( Nutanix ) using scriptprovided by the automation team which included lists of pre and post checks.• Snapshots, powered off VMs & Templates clean up.• Decommissioning of ESXI from vcenter.• Managing Virtual Machines, ESX/ ESXi and Physical server and Virtual Center.• Troubleshooting of the VMWare ESXI and VMware infrastructure clients.• VMotion & SV Motion and handling its issues.• Add/ manage storage LUNs to the ESX/ ESXi hosts, rescan LUN, create date store and path settings.• Mapping of port groups in vcenter.• Build one click vm’s using VRealize Automation tool and performed troubleshooting ifthe build fails.• Worked on Nutanix prism and IPMI to handle nutanix cases, generally if any issue occur we have vendor support for further troubleshooting and hardware replacements.• Vulnerabilities check and providing its resolutions and closing them.• Working on hardware related issues with local IT and Vendors in the environment.
